STI Health & Wellness is seeking experienced Clinical Psychologists to provide high-quality, short-term, EAP, evidence-based behavioral health services to a diverse client population. The position is hybrid with 2 days of remote work.  We are particularly interested in clinicians with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Trauma and psychological trauma treatment
  • Substance use disorders and addiction recovery
  • Co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Couples and relationship counseling
  • Sex therapy and sexual wellness
  • LGBTQ+ affirming care, including gender identity and sexual orientation concerns

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, formulate diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide short-term effective therapeutic interventions that support clients in achieving emotional wellness and resilience. You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and review relevant psychological, and social history.
  • Perform clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Diagnose behavioral health conditions in accordance with the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, spouses, military members adult populations.
  • Deliver specialized treatment for trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Provide affirming and culturally responsive care to LGBTQ+ clients, including those seeking support related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and relationship concerns.
  • Facilitate couples counseling 
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, SOAP notes, and progress reports.
  • Document clinical encounters and treatment outcomes within established timeframes.
  • Collaborate with clients, healthcare providers, and other professionals to support positive treatment outcomes.
  • Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of psychological practice.
