Who We Are: A Growing federal contractor providing confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to a federal agency in Maryland. We're looking for a compassionate clinical social worker to join our mission-driven team.

The Role: Provide short-term counseling to federal employees and their spouses/partners dealing with work stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal challenges. You'll work with diverse individuals and couples in a supportive, structured environment.

You Bring:

  • LCSW license in Maryland (required)
  • 2 -3 years (or roughly 3,000+ hours) of supervised clinical experience is required
  • 5-7 years clinical experience with individuals and couples
  • Masters degree in Social Work
  • Strong assessment and brief therapy skills
  • Excellent documentation abilities
  • Passion for helping people navigate life's challenges
